Lockdown 3.0 – Now Offering Virtual Appointments

During the new lockdown, we are still permitted to visit your home for measuring and installation appointments. However, we want to help minimise contact as much as possible, which is why we've also introduced our virtual appointment service. 

At a virtual appointment, we can talk through design and colour options, show you style samples and give you guidance on how to measure your windows for a rough quote. 

Please note, we will still need to visit your home for a precise measure before confirming your oder. We can do this during lockdown with our strict covid-safe procedures, or we can put this on hold should you wish to wait until later in the year due to shielding.

We have put in place every possible measure to ensure your safety when visiting your home.

At each visit, we will:

• Ensure social distancing, keeping to 2 metres + distance at all times. 
• Use hand sanitiser before entering your home and at regular intervals during work.
• Wear a mask at all times.
• Limit contact with surfaces and wipe down any used surfaces with anti-viral spray before leaving.
• Open windows in rooms where work is carried out for additional ventilation.
